Work/Life balance - all of our team members have unique working hours. Minimum of 30 days holiday per annum for Managers and Additional holiday entitlement for Triumph employees.
Wellington Motors - The Company
Wellington Motors was originally established just after the Second World War, specialising in car and body repairs for the local community. Some 30 years later a showroom was built and a car sales department opened.
In 1992 the business was awarded the Nissan franchise for the Taunton and surrounding area. 1998 saw the business relocate to a brand new "state of the art" dealership at Chelston, half a mile away from the M5.
In June 2001 the company purchased Kings of Taunton Renault, a very well established Renault dealership.
January 2003 JFE Exeter Nissan was purchased, this resulted in the company now being responsible for a Nissan territory stretching from Highbridge in the North to Torbay in the South.
March 2006 saw the company's first move into the two wheel market with the opening of a solus Triumph motorcycle dealership trading as Total Triumph Taunton. One year later Total Triumph Swindon was added to the group creating one of the largest Triumph territories in the UK.
June 2007 saw the company take on a whole new venture, into the Fleet world. JFE National Contracts was created to deal with companies requiring anything from 1-500 vehicles and can supply literally any make and model
The company success and rapid but controlled expansion is a direct result of exceptional team spirit coupled with the desire to succeed whilst acknowledging industry leading "best practice".
The company has 2 operational Directors, Michael Finn Group Managing Director and Neil Mossman Group Operations Director.
